Development purpose
The fully encapsulated design transformer for industrial energy storage and high-power UPS power supply adopts an integrated die-cast heat dissipation housing, a high-performance embedded transformer + inductor module. Through the innovative packaging form, it achieves the ultimate space utilization and thermal management performance. There are installation holes on the four sides, greatly improving the installation convenience and stability.
The impedance reflection characteristic of the transformer is ingeniously utilized. A specific inductor is connected in series at the secondary side in a "small to overcome large" magnetic integration design method. While ensuring the electrical performance, it greatly optimizes the volume, cost and parameter controllability of the circuit system.
An internal temperature detection device is set in the product, which can precisely monitor the real-time working status of the product in combination with the circuit application, ensuring that the temperature rise can be controlled under high current conditions.
